By using the Masterpiece Publishers website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Masterpiece Publishers provides services that may include book writing, editing, proofreading, cover design, formatting, publishing, audiobook production, video/animation, website development, marketing, and related creative services.

The specific services, deliverables, pricing, and estimated timeline will be based on the package, proposal, or agreement accepted by the client.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, approvals, feedback, and access reasonably required to complete their project.

Delays in providing required materials, information, or approvals may affect the project timeline.

3. Revisions

Revisions are provided according to the purchased package.

Since we provide unlimited revisions to ensure you get the maximum value from our services, “unlimited revisions” means up to 15 revision rounds per project and applies when the original concept, scope, and requirements remain substantially the same.

Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges.

The standard revision turnaround is approximately 48 hours, depending on the project.

4. Changes to Project Scope

Requests that significantly change the original project scope, concept, specifications, or deliverables may require additional fees and an adjusted timeline.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation date, project stage, and amount of work completed.

- Cancellation: You are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% processing fee) if the order is
  canceled within 24 hours of placement. This policy does not apply if initial
  contents/designs have been delivered or if revisions were requested within that
  timeframe. No refunds for a change of mind will be processed after this 24-hour window.
- Pre-delivery Refund: If a refund request is made before the delivery of initial content(s),
  you are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service and processing fee).
- Post-delivery Refund:
  - Within 48 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10%
    service and processing fee).
  - Between 48 to 120 hours of initial delivery: Eligible for a 33% refund (less a
    10% service and processing fee).
  - After 120 hours of initial delivery: No refund requests will be entertained.
    However, as we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, you are encouraged to
    contact us to resolve any concerns.

After Final Approval or Delivery
Once the final deliverable has been approved or delivered, the project is generally non-refundable.

Inactive Projects
If a client does not respond, provide required materials, or provide necessary approvals for 30 consecutive days, the project may be considered inactive and may no longer qualify for a refund. Reactivation may require additional charges or a revised timeline.

Custom Packages
For custom packages containing multiple services, refund eligibility may be determined separately for each service based on its individual stage of completion.

Service-Specific Refund Restrictions
Certain services become non-refundable once work or production has started. For Book Writing, refunds are generally unavailable once the initial draft has been delivered; for Book Editing, once editing has started; for Book Cover Design, once the final cover has been approved or revisions have been requested; for Audiobook Production, once narration, editing, or mastering has started; for Book Publishing or Formatting, once formatting, publishing, or uploading has started; for Book Printing, once printing has commenced; for Video or Animation, once storyboard or production work has started; for Audio Content, once voice recording has started; and for Website Design and Development, once development has been completed or the website has been launched.

All refund requests are reviewed based on the agreed project scope, work completed, delivery status, and circumstances of the request.

6. Client Approval and Feedback

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts, designs, content, and other deliverables.

Once a deliverable has been approved, additional changes may be treated as new work and may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be transferred or granted according to the applicable service agreement and payment status.

Third-party materials, fonts, stock images, music, software, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

If a refund is issued for work already delivered, rights to the refunded work may revert to Masterpiece Publishers unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Originality and Client Materials

Masterpiece Publishers makes reasonable efforts to provide original creative work and to use client-supplied materials only as authorized.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide do not infringe the rights of others.
